Managing the rental of your vacation property can be very time-consuming, often ostracizing, and rarely glamour.

With a background in communication and advertising in Belgium, I setup my web agency: A Positive Future in California in March 2020 and I work on super inspiring projects all over the world.

If you’re looking for an experienced team to upkeep your domain, you can count on us for maintenance by selecting our “Annual Maintenance” bundle or ask directly for specific changes (50$/hour of work).

Our basic offer comes with a simple logo offering that you can choose from 3 tailored suggestions. If you are looking for something more detailed, feel free to select our “Custom Logo” bundle.

While professional pictures can add charm to your website, you can also take beautiful photos with your phone or personal camera. Make sure to take each room in both Landscape and Portrait format. Take the picture with the highest definition and send them to us. We’ll take care of the rest.

We provide our tailored solutions for any rental property: no matter the size, no matter the place. If you need to create an enticing website or manage your bookings, Nice Place to Go is the solution for you!

If a public custom website feels like too much exposure of your property, we provide fully private alternatives secured through a protected link that you can share to your most trusted guests.

Once we create your custom website, you’ll have the domain and server set up for 12 months. Add-ons and specific modifications can be added throughout this period. After the 12 months, you will have the option to renew the contract for maintenance of the site for another year, server, and security at a price of $200.
